If you are looking for a trampoline mat with incredible bounce, this is NOT the mat for you. However, if you are looking for a safer mat, or more exercise you may want to consider this mat. It stretches to absorb your bounce. The stretch also pushes you toward the center of the mat. I would recommend this mat for parents who are worried about trampoline injuries. It still bounces like a trampoline, just not as high. Needed new trampoline Mat, followed how to measure, numbers were alittle off. Installation was interesting 96 springs x 2 - wrist was tired. Kids love it.
